FileWisely Crew users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
To delete your account in the app: Open FileWisely Crew → Profile → Delete Account → follow the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access the app, email support@filewisely.com and request account deletion.
Upon a valid deletion request, FileWisely will delete or anonymize personal account data associated with the user, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will only be kept for as long as required for those purposes.
