These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by Sunshower, Inc. d/b/a FileWisely (“FileWisely,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These SMS Terms apply to SMS and MMS messages sent directly by FileWisely to users, customers, prospective customers, or other individuals who have agreed to receive such messages.
They do not govern messages independently sent by FileWisely customers to their own customers or contacts using the FileWisely platform.
1. Program Description
FileWisely may send SMS or MMS messages relating to:

- Security notifications
- Customer support
- Appointment or meeting information
- Service updates
- Product information
- Billing or payment-related notices
- Operational notifications
- Promotional or marketing communications where permitted by law

2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from FileWisely, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages at the number provided.
Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing FileWisely products or services unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Opt-Out
You may opt out of non-essential FileWisely SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
You may continue to receive communications that are legally required or necessary for security, account administration, or transactions where permitted by law.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan.
FileWisely is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of third-party telecommunications providers.
7. Mobile Number Responsibility
You represent that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided to FileWisely.
If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to update your information or opt out of messaging.
8. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the FileWisely SMS program is handled according to the FileWisely Privacy Policy.
FileWisely does not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers as reasonably necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service.
9. Customer Messaging Through FileWisely
Businesses using FileWisely may use the platform to send SMS communications to their own customers or contacts.
Those businesses are responsible for:
- Obtaining legally required consent
- Maintaining legally required records
- Honoring opt-out requests
- Complying with applicable SMS and telecommunications laws
- Ensuring their message content is lawful
FileWisely provides communications technology but does not determine whether an individual business’s message is legally permitted.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time.
The date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
Material changes may be communicated through the FileWisely website, application, email, SMS, or another reasonable method.
